Owner and operator of established energy consulting company providing services as the lead Residential Building Performance Trainer and Quality Assurance Designee for RSNET provider service, assisting with project engineering for design build jobs and building failure analysis. Extensive hands on experience conducting energy audits and training of energy auditors across the State of Michigan including: State of Michigan for Energy Star Homes, RSNET certified rater trainings, City of Grand Rapids, weatherization agencies and utility companies.

T. Edward Sellers

Accomplished Entrepreneur, Energy Manager and Corporate Executive with over 25 years of turnaround and start-up leadership, energy conservation and power consulting experience, government nuclear contracting experience, community service and program and business management experience rising from engineering management to leading a multi-site, multi-million dollar steel company. Provided leadership in energy management and conservation with some of the largest chemical manufacturing companies in the nation. Also extensive experience in the management of engineers and inspectors in a nuclear facility for the Department of Energy as a government contractor. Gary Bazzett

 More than 32 years in the residential and light commercial-building industry. Vast experience in timber frame, timber frame hybrid, structural insulated panel, super insulated envelope and conventional stick framing. Specializing in high-end cabinetry, finish and trim carpentry, job-site management and crew supervision. Trained in MIOSHA and insurance job-site safety. Extensive experience in automobile repair and racing. Licenses and certificates obtained: State of Michigan Residential Builder; State of Michigan Master Mechanic Automobile; State of Michigan Master Mechanic Motorcycle; BPI Certified Energy Analyst; BPI Certified Envelope Professional.
